Yesterday we had the baby's grandmother and sister over to the house for a visit. They wanted to see her and meet the rest of the family. The baby's big sister is Hailley she is 8 years old, she misses her little sister very much and doesn't understand the situation very well. Her and Allie got along very well, we had a barbeque and the kids swam in the pool, they had a lot of fun and played for hours. Cindy the grandmother is very appreciative and happy that the baby is well cared for and loved, we don't know yet what her plans are for the baby, but we do hope that she is allowed to stay a part of our family for ever. Time will tell on that one. As an update.....'piglet' is now army crawling everywhere, and I suspect is won't be long before she is up on her hands and knees going mach 10 all over the house. She is still just as happy, and content as she always was and is starting to wave hi and bye to people. She is also babbling a lot. "monkey" is doing so well she now has several words, her funniest one is 'stop it!' she yells it at the top of her lungs at the older two, she loves to be the boss and will take nothing less. Daycare has really helped her with her patience and verbal skills, we should have done it a long time ago. She seems to be a much happier and less irratible toddler. Also with the recommendation of Aunt Debbie we are using the baby signing times DVD's and they are helping tremendously, I think now that the kids and us are signing to her regularly she will start doing it more and more and be able to tell us what she needs, that will help her to be less impatient. Allie and Riley are of course doing well, we are getting ready for Allie to start her big ballet camp on monday, we hope she likes it. Riley has been a good little boy this week and we think we are turning a corner with him.
